Course Outline

I: Catalog Course Description

Introduces students to clay as a medium for sculptural design. Focus is on human head, small animal sculpture and mold-making.

II: Course Objectives

• To acquaint students with the creative possibilities of working sculpturally in clay
• To assist the student to arrive at high quality clay sculptures
• To raise the student's awareness of three-dimensional form.
