| Offers studio classes in techniques and skills of subtractive and additive sculpture. One hour lecture and four hours studio per week. |
| II : Course Objectives |

- Deepen understanding of the materials and process associated with sculpture.
- Apply an understanding of three-dimensional design to advanced sculptural projects and environments.
- To encourage the development of an understanding of large-scale environmental concepts.
- To develop an understanding and appreciation for the relationship between form and content.
- To encourage an environment of experimentation and imagination.
