Introduces students to the importance of attitude and good working relationships in the workplace. Focuses on development of strategies to improve attitude techniques for career success.
Note: Non-transferable for a NSHE baccalaureate degree. Non-applicable towards an AA or AS Degree.

This course introduces students to the importance of attitude and good working relationships in the workplace. Focuses on development of strategies to improve attitude techniques for career success.
- Recognize how attitude affects human relations.
- Identify how attitude affects work productivity.
- Recognize the importance of positive horizontal and vertical relationships in the workplace.
- Recognize the importance of networking in the workplace.
- Develop strategies to improve positive and constructive attitudes.
- Identify the connection between attitude and job morale.
- Recognize the role of attitude in minimizing job frustration and stress.
- Recognize the role of a positive attitude in career success.
