| Provides prescribed course of instruction for Certified Inspector of Structures as per the state of Nevada. |

Familiarity with 645D of the Nevada Administrative code.
Understanding of various residential structural, electrical and mechanical systems.
Understanding of soils and other issues important to Certified Inspectors.
Ability to utilize the vocabulary of the construction industry.
Ability to pass the State of Nevada Examination. |
