HEC 122: Creative Cooking

Units (Credits): 1–3; Prerequisites: none

Familiarizes students with the food and cooking patterns of various ethnic groups. Combines good nutrition and economical shopping tips with a variety of cooking techniques and recipes from around the world. Note: Non-transferable for an NSHE baccalaureate degree. Non-applicable towards an AA or AS Degree.
