Metallurgical Engineering

Metallurgy is a domain of materials science and of materials engineering that studies the physical and chemical behavior of metallic elements, their intermetallic compounds and their mixtures, which are called alloys.

METE 250 Elements of Material Science
    Credits: 3–4. Prerequisites: CHEM 121
Provides an understanding of the internal structure of materials, the dependence of properties upon these structures, and the behavior of materials in service.
