| Studies concepts, theories and case studies concerning the behavior of people in modern business organizations. Analyzes the internal organization structure, and managerial roles and functions, in the business and other goal-oriented institutions. Studies theory and design of organizational structure, impact of work flow, leadership styles, and control systems on human behavior. |

- Introduces the concepts of organizational behavior.
- Reviews individual behavior, personality and emotion, decision making and basic motivation concepts and applications.
- Studies foundations of group behavior, work teams, conflict, negotiation, and leadership.
- Discusses the role of power and politics in organizations.
- Reviews the foundations of organizational structure.
- Addresses the organizational effect of culture, change, and development.
- Evaluates human resource policies and practices.
