| II : Course Objectives |
By the completion of the class, the students should, with 75% accuracy:
- Read music and play a one octave scale in four minor keys (D, A, E and B)
- Create a simple melody in all six keys
- Perform rhythms using whole, dotted half, half, quarter, eighth and sixteenth notes
- Perform head shake, train rhythms, single note, note bending techniques.
