| Introduces the techniques of reading music at sight and taking musical and rhythmic dictations without the aid of an instrument. |
| II : Course Objectives |
By the completion of the class, the students should:
- Be able to read music at sight in major mode.
- Be able to take rhythmic dictations using whole, half, quarter notes and rests.
- Sightsing major intervals
