| II : Course Objectives |
By the completion of the class, the students should:
- Be able to read music at sight in minor mode.
- Be able to take rhythmic dictations extending to triplets, eighth and sixteenth notes and rests.
- Sightsing minor intervals
- Identify all the intervals in the chromatic scale
- Write melodic dictations heard in two parts or supported by an accompaniment
- Sing four-part chorales at sight
