| Provides an opportunity for students to apply knowledge of psychology to work settings. Students work with a faculty member in psychology and work supervisor to develop a program that allows students to use skills and knowledge from psychology. |
| II : Course Objectives |
The purpose of a special topics course is to permit students to experience areas or specialties in psychology that are not addressed in the regular offerings. This course has four objectives:
- Obtain an overview of general Disabilities
- Apply knowledge to further research in subject
- Ability to write and present on topic of interest
- Come away with a general understanding and resources of Disabilities
