I : Catalog Course Description
Acquaints the student with the operations of a real estate brokerage office. Covers ethics, listings, office location, physical layout, budgeting, records, and office procedures.
II : Course Objectives

This course will introduce and examines the various aspects relating to the overall operation of a real estate brokerage firm. The learning material will include ethics, listings, office location, physical layout, budgeting, records and office procedures.

  4. Developing Policies and Procedures
  5. Marketing and Advertising
  6. Monitoring the Operation

This class meets a requirement of the following: AAS- Real Estate Emphasis - Real Estate Broker License.

RE 201B (Real Estate Brokerage) addresses Student Learning Outcomes:
