Acquaints the student with procedures and techniques required for the analysis of financing real property for purchase, including conventional Federal Housing Administration, Veterans Administration, interim and takeout loans.
II: Course Objectives
This course acquaints student with the procedures and techniques required for the analysis of financing real property for purchase, including conventional and nonconventional financing methods, Federal Housing Administration, Veterans Administration, and Risk Management.
