| Acquaints the student with appraising concepts and skills for appraising real estate for sale tax purposes. Covers basic principles, economic trends, site analysis valuation, neighborhood evaluations, residential style and functional utility. |

This course acquaints the student the introductory concepts of appraising and skills for appraising real estate for a variety of purposes. This course covers basic principles, economic trends, site analysis valuation, neighborhood evaluations, residential style and functional utility. This course is required for a real estate brokers license
