I : Catalog Course Description
Acquaints the student with appraising concepts and skills for appraising real estate for sale tax purposes. Covers basic principles, economic trends, site analysis valuation, neighborhood evaluations, residential style and functional utility.
II : Course Objectives

This course acquaints the student the introductory concepts of appraising and skills for appraising real estate for a variety of purposes. This course covers basic principles, economic trends, site analysis valuation, neighborhood evaluations, residential style and functional utility. This course is required for a real estate brokers license

  4. Reconciliation and the Appraisal Report
  5. State of Nevada Appraisal Law - NRS & NAC 645C
  6. Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice

This class meets a requirement of the following: AAS- Real Estate Emphasis - Real Estate Broker License and Real Estate Residential Appraiser Apprentice License.

RE 206 (Real Estate Appraising) addresses Student Learning Outcomes:
