Course Outline

I: Catalog Course Description

Examines typical problems encountered in dating, courtship, marriage, and parenthood.

II: Course Objectives

Upon completion of this course, the student should be able to:

  • Gain the factual sociological knowledge about the trends for the American family.
  • Learn fundamental principles of causal factors for change, theories and generalizations.
  • Apply course materials.
