There are three easy steps to register for a community education classes.

1. New Student Admission Application (Required only for new students).
2. Register for the class(es)
3. Pay for Class(es)

New Student Admission Application
New students or students who have not attended WNC since 1978 must submit a Community Education Admission Application form prior to registration. Once an application has been received by Admissions, students can generally register within one working day.

Nevada residents 62 years or older may register for a community education course and receive a 20 percent discount on the course fee. A completed application form is still needed in order to register for classes. The Good Neighbor Policy does not apply for community education classes.

There is no application fee for community education students who complete the Community Education Course Application for Admission. Students must print out this manual PDF form, complete it manually, and fax it to the WNC Community Education office. New WNC students are normally assessed a one-time admission fee when they enroll in their first class. Students who would like to take future classes at the college are encouraged to complete the Western Nevada College Application for Admission interactive form, which is located on the WNC home page.

Class Registration
Once an admissions application has been processed, students may register for classes using Web-REG. Follow the instructions on each screen to register for the desired community education course.

Alternatively, students may also register for community education classes by filling out the Community Education Class Registration form and either fax or mail it to the Community Education office.

Payment
After registering for adult community education classes, payment may be made by credit card by accessing the "pay by credit card" option after using Web-REG, or checks or money orders (indicate student ID number on check or money order) made payable to "Board of Regents" can be mailed to:
