Associate of Applied Science
The Real Estate degree has been designed to prepare students for careers in the real estate sales industry. Career opportunities also exist in commercial banking, escrow services, land planning and zoning, and land development. Approved continuing education credits completed through the Nevada Real Estate Division may be applied toward this degree as real estate electives.
