Western Nevada College is considering a request to phase in a differential fee for Nursing courses beginning in Fall of 2015. This would increase the cost of most Nursing courses by $60 per credit, but it would not impact students currently in the program. The increase will be partially balanced by eliminating the current Nursing lab fees, and we would set aside 10% of the revenue from this new fee as aid for Nursing students. View a complete description of the proposed changes.
If you would like to comment on this potential change in our fee structure, please contact the office of the Vice President of Academic and Student Affairs at 445-4431.
