Certification and Licensing Preparation
The Customer Service Certificates of Completion allow students to choose four, eight, or all 12 units and earn certificates which document their efforts in this vital specialty area. Students also have the opportunity to expand on their experience and earn the 30-unit Certificate of Achievement.
Level One: 4 unit certificate
Level Two: 8 unit certificate
Level Three: 12 unit certificate
