Certification and Licensing Preparation
Microsoft Certified Professionals (MCPs) stand apart from other IT personnel. They've demonstrated undeniable expertise with Microsoft products and platforms to colleagues, employers, and--most importantly--to themselves.
Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technicians (MCDSTs) have the technical and customer service skills to troubleshoot hardware and software operation issues in Microsoft Windows environments. MCDST candidates are required to pass two independently administered exams.
