Astronomy AST 105: Introductory Astronomy Laboratory
Presents laboratory exercises in astronomy in the tradition of the amateur astronomer. Includes observation of celestial objects as well as laboratory exercises to investigate the physical nature of astronomical objects. All classes are full length semester courses (Summer 2008 is June 9–August 2) unless otherwise noted. NOTE: Classes with low registration numbers may result in the class being canceled. Students are encouraged to register and pay early to reduce the chance of class cancellation. NEW EARLIER PAY DATE: Payment is due for full-term summer 2008 classes by May 30, 2008.
