Notes	INTERMEDIATE LEVEL SELF DEFENSE THROUGH THE UNDERSTANDING OF THE JAPANESE MARTIAL ART OF AIKIDO. THIS CLASS WILL FOCUS ON THE BASIC TECHNIQUES OF THE ART & INCLUDE APPLICATION AS WELL.
