  updated Standards One, Two, Three and Four; Standard Five

In addition, a Financial Resources Review (due Fall 2011) and an Addendum to the Year Three Report (due Spring 2013) were requested by the Commission to address recommendations of the Spring 2010 Comprehensive Evaluation Report.
