The Phantom of the Opera Takes the Stage in 2011
The Western Nevada Musical Theatre Company is a regional theater company that operates in Carson City, Nevada through the performing arts program of Western Nevada College.
- The company produces three to five musicals each year, drawing thousands of spectators and patrons from all around California and Nevada.
- The company's popularity led to development of an Associate of Arts degree in Musical Theater, offering courses in acting, dance, stagecraft and private vocal instruction.
- The company also rents costumes and backdrops to theater companies across the United States. See the menu at the right for more information.
