| 11:00 am | 11 am – 3 pm: Waterfall Fire Study Interpretive Trail Presentation Interested people from our community of any age or persuasion are invited to meet at the Carson City Library, 900 N. Roop Street,(carsoncitylibrary.org) for a 30 minute presentation on the study and trail, followed at 1pm at the Jack C. Davis Observatory of Western Nevada College - Carson campus for an "interpretive" walk along the trail. The attached power-point presentation is intended to give you a primer, or to be used to facilitate site visits with interested groups. The entire trail walk should take about 90 minutes. Everyone should get a good lunch in the meantime following the library presentation. Please prepare for the late summer/early fall weather and wear appropriate clothing and shoes during the walk.
