- April 1: Fall 2009 semester scholarship applications due to Financial Assistance
- April 20: Fall 2009 registration begins via Web-REG; Continuing student registration: last names T–Z,A
- April 21: Continuing student registration: last names B–E
- April 22: Continuing student registration: last names F–J
- April 23: Continuing student registration: last names K–N
- April 24: Continuing student registration: last names O–S
- April 27: New student registration: last names T–Z,A
- April 28: New student registration: last names B–E
- April 29: New student registration: last names F–J
- April 30: New student registration: last names K–N
- May 1: New student registration: last names O–S
- May 18: Commencement: Fallon -
- May 19: Commencement: Carson City -
- May 25: Memorial Day holiday - College Closed
- July 3: Independence Day holiday - College Closed
- August 21: Payment due for full-term classes; Unpaid students may be removed from class rosters
- August 28: Payment due for full term classes for students enrolled after August 21, 2009; Unpaid students may be removed from class rosters
- August 29: Late Registration begins with late fee for full-term classes; Class availability limited
- August 30: Last day to drop with 100% refund for full-term classes
- August 31: Fall 2009 semester begins; 90% refund period begins for full-term classes; Even exchange of credits for drop/add begins with special enrollment authorization form
- September 4: Last day to add full-term classes via Web-REG; Last day to drop with 90% refund for full-term classes; Classes dropped receive a "W"
- September 7: Labor Day holiday - College Closed
- September 11: Even exchange of credits for adds/drops ends; Unpaid students may be removed from class rosters; Last day to pay for classes with a late fee
- October 9: Deferred payments due; unpaid students may be removed from class rosters
- October 23: Last day to change credit to audit or audit to credit for full-term classes
- October 30: Nevada Day holiday - College Closed
