The Workforce Development Center provides pre-packaged training solutions for the most-requested skills, and custom designed seminars dealing with nearly any subject employers may desire with a time line and price range they select.

Pre-Packaged Training

An example of a pre-packaged training product is an intermediate Microsoft Excel course offered every Wednesday from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. or a one day class in forklift safety.

Customized Training

Let the Workforce Development Center provide a program designed to meet your specific needs. Like a tailor-made suit of clothes, WNC's training can be easily designed to the user's specifications. The content, method of instruction, length of instruction, time of day and location are all provided according to the preferences of the client. A traditional 16-week course might be condensed to six weeks or a hands-on series in welding accelerated to one 40-hour week.
