FRIDAY/SATURDAY: Sessions include business planning and marketing; soil fertility & composting; organic farming; small-scale cheese operations & cheese making; animal husbandry; pest management (plants, insects & critters); local food distribution; food safety; egg grading & labeling, and much more.
