The Vice President of Finance and Administrative Services is the chief financial officer for Western Nevada College. The vice president's office is responsible for:

• development and administration of the biennium and annual budgets
• fiscal analysis and planning
• financial reporting
• short/long-range forecasting
• contract administration
• purchasing and audit reviews
• auxiliary services
• assisting the president in capital planning and development

The department is made up of several administrative and financial divisions and its operational staff, as well as the budget office, business office, Child Development Center, the college bookstore, environmental health, facilities management and planning, public safety, vending operations, and the Sedway Café. The office is the point of contact for all contractual matters and risk management for WNC.
