The following departments and offices are under the Vice President of Finance and Administrative Services.

   Plans, develops and administers biennial and annual institutional budgets to support departmental operations.
3. Business Office
   Oversees all functions of WNC's financial services including accounts receivable/payable, student accounting system, collections and acquisition of goods and services in compliance with board of regents' policies and State of Nevada regulations.

   Provides security to ensure safety to the college, students and employees.

   Oversees food service operations (Sedway Cafe) and vending operations at all college sites.
