The assessment coordinator in Institutional Research works with the other members of the Program Assessment and Review Committee (PARC) to facilitate five-year program reviews conducted by faculty and staff of all degree- or certificate-granting academic programs.

Every fall, WNC's Vice President of Academic and Student Affairs submits summaries of all program reviews completed during the previous academic year to the Student and Academic Affairs Committee of the Board of Regents (NSHE Board of Regents Handbook, Title 4, Chapter 14, Section 4.C).
