2008-2009 Program Review Survey

Program Review Teams will receive program effectiveness data collected through a survey administered to all WNC employees. In addition to six standard questions, teams may add up to five additional questions to the survey. Key dates for the survey are:

• Oct. 13: Deadline for submitting additional survey questions to Institutional Research
• Nov. 10: Survey invitations sent via e-mail to WNC employees
• Nov. 24: Survey closed
• Dec. 12: Institutional Research distributes survey results to Program Review Teams
