Description: Responsible for accurately processing, identifying and addressing clients needs by providing a variety of services which include opening new accounts, accepting and processing loan applications, and performing any account servicing duties . Resolves clients problems either through direct personal action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources. Identifies and maximizes cross-sell banks opportunities through client profiling. May assist with processing debit and credit transactions. Adheres to compliance, security, state and Federal regulations, bank policies, procedures and goals. Other duties as assigned.

  • Qualifications: Requires High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ year cash handling, customer service, balancing or other related experience. Proficient knowledge of math, cash handling, balancing, debits, credits, bank products, new accounts or banking. Must have strong customer service skills. Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients needs. Basic knowledge of loans and lending processes and procedures a plus.
