Those selected will be required to attend a 13 week training class either in Reno or another location. An outstanding benefit package is included and available immediately upon hire.

Salary range: $29,726.00 (GS-5, Step 1) - $43, 076.00 (GS-7 Step 1) per year depending on qualifications. The top salary currently for this position is $53,012 (GS-8, Step 10). This is a GS 5/6/7/8 career ladder position. Job InformationQualifications: You must be a U.S. Citizen AND have one year experience: a) applying laws, rules, regulations or written guides; b) communicating orally with a wide range of individuals to provide assistance or information; c) writing responses to inquiries; OR a combination of education and experience. Bilingual ability in Spanish is required. SUBSTITION OF EDUCATION: If you are qualifying for this position based on completed education at an accredited college or university, you must provide a copy of your college transcripts or other proof of education. For GS-5 level positions, only education in excess of the first 60 semester hours or 90 quarter hours (i.e. beyond the second year) is creditable toward meeting the experience requirements. One full academic year of study (30 semester hours or 45 quarter hours) beyond the second year is equivalent to 6 months of experience. A Bachelor\\\'s Degree is fully qualifying for GS-5.
