Print Version Description: Use AutoCAD 2008 and SprinkCAD to design Fire Sprinkler Systems. Designer will use SprinkCAD to do hydraulic calculations, and stocklisting for fabrication for commercial and residential projects. Most projects require that a designer attend meetings, visit jobsites, and coordinate sprinkler systems with other trades prior to construction. Some projects require 3D coordination. Job InformationQualifications: A strong AutoCAD background is required. 3D modeling is a plus. Safeguard will offer the required training to learn proper fire sprinkler layout practices, and training for the SprinkCAD program.
