Print Version Description: Assist with advertising, marketing, communications, and public relations activities for Carson Valley Medical Center, Job's Peak Medical Group, and the Medical Clinic at Kirkwood. Specifically,
-Monitor & record all advertising
-File all contracts and other advertising records
-Coordinate yellow page advertising for CVMC and Job's Peak Medical Group.
-Monitor CVMC website content and work with manager to keep website updated
-Assist with production, editing and distribution of marketing communication pieces
-Compile Annual Media Coverage Report
-Maintain mailing database
-Photograph CVMC facilities, employees, and medical staff
-Conduct interviews with staff, community, patients, and physicians for various publications.
-Assist with Employee Activities
-Assist with CVMC events, including health fairs and employee events.
-Assist with representing CVMC in community events
-Other marketing, advertising, and public relations duties as assigned Job InformationQualifications: -High School Diploma.
-Computer skills, including Word, Excel and Internet research.
-Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
-Desktop publishing or graphic design knowledge preferred.
-Healthcare experience a plus.
