Description: Primary Duties: Customer Service Agents provide frontline customer service to our passengers. This position works directly with passengers in ticket purchases, passenger check-in, and flight boarding. Each of these duties involve heavy use of a computer based reservation program (IMAGE). In addition to customer relations duties, Customer Service Agents often work outdoors in all types of weather conditions. These outdoor duties include baggage and cargo handling, aircraft marshaling, and aircraft deicing. At select locations, individuals in this position may perform reservations functions. The work environment for this position is fast-paced and at times stressful. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Minimum Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Minimum age of 18 - Authorization to work in the U.S. - Valid driver's license and good driving record - Friendly, knowledgeable and polite in all situations - Keyboard proficiency - Excellent oral communication skills - Strong diplomacy and teamwork skills - Strong problem solving skills - Ability to consistently lift 50 pounds - Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment - Ability to perform basic mathematics - Ability to work flexible schedules to include weekends and holidays - Strong ability to listen and respond effectively to repetitive questions - Regular and predictable attendance - If selected, ability to attend two weeks + five days of training Preferred Qualifications: - Previous customer service experience - Bilingual strongly preferred (Spanish/English) Core Competencies: At Horizon we measure performance as it relates to our company values and success factors to include: Building Trust, Initiating Action, Customer Service Orientation, Safety Consciousness, Adaptability, Work Ethic, and Technical Ability. Fingerprinting: Federal regulations may require applicants to submit fingerprints for a criminal history investigation(s).
