Print Version Description: Server/Systems:
1. Become familiar with all the plant systems to be able to identify, troubleshoot and help remedy problems.
2. Maintain functioning of servers, Ethernet and phone systems.
a. Manage phone system and DNs.
a. Monitor operation of server and mailbox space.
3. Request and manage user access to WEP systems via use of DP-145 process.
4. Maintain library and vaulting of backup files.
5. Maintain and update critical settings of equipment on the plant floor.
Databases:
6. Help develop, edit and publish database programs using Oracle-based MS Access tables.
Computer:
7. Assist personnel with computer issues, not exclusively including:
b. Connection to servers
c. Sign-on/user ID
d. Re-imaging and computer setup
e. Blackberry functioning
Minimum Skills Required:
8. Ability to build and edit MS access databases including: tables, queries, forms, and macros. Job InformationQualifications: 8.
