Description: General office duties including: - answering telephones - reception duties - making appointments - posting signs - making copies - faxing - filing - stocking - maintaining clean work areas - assist with incoming and outgoing mail - assist students and instructors as directed - general errands as assigned - typing and word processing and any other office duties as assigned
