Description: Provide campus tours to various groups as needed. Promote WNC and personalize the college to prospective students, their families and the community. - Increase visibility, awareness and support of WNC. Work special events on and off campus. - Educate the public about educational opportunities and student life at WNC. Must be available to work a variable schedule as events are scheduled. There are no set hours for this position.

  • Qualifications: Fun and friendly attitude. Know the campus and community. Work independently and consciously. Be dependable and on time. Be able to follow directions and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner. Have knowledge of word processing, data entry, filing, and use of a copy machine. Have knowledge of customer service and phone etiquette. Have the ability to multitask and prioritize varying assignments. Must show up to work during scheduled shifts. Preferred: Students who have been at WNC for at least a semester. Must maintain at least at 2.50 GPA and be enrolled in at least 6 credits.
