Western Nevada College has a variety of computer labs available for student use. Some labs require the payment of a lab fee. Click on the lab name for more information.
The Beck Library in Fallon has a total of 10 computers for student use. There are seven Windows XP machines and three Macintosh computers. All of the computers have internet access and MS Office. The macintosh computers also have Adobe CS3 Design Premium and one Mac has a flatbed scanner attached.
The main computer lab for student use at the Fallon campus contains 16 general purpose computers plus six computers reserved for hardware/networking students. There is also a laser printer. All of the computers have MS Office, Internet applications and access, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) software installed.
The teaching lab in Sage Hall has 23 computers along with color and black and white laser printers. This lab is only currently used for classes and has no open lab hours. The computers all have MS Office, Internet software and access, Adobe Creative Suite CS3, and 3D Studio Max.
