WNC Lovelock provides students in Pershing County with the ability to further their education without having to travel out of town by utilizing traditional classroom instruction, interactive video, and web-based classes. The center offers students both general college courses that lead to associate degrees and certificates, as well as career preparation classes.

In addition, WNC Lovelock provides the opportunity for high school students to take dual credit classes, giving them a head start on their college education at a considerable cost savings. Many high school students graduate with 12-15 hours of college credit. The center also works closely with Pershing County Hospital and students looking to earn a nursing degree, as well as Nevada State College and students seeking a degree in elementary education.
