Design Services
We can create your publications, from small ads to large posters, at no cost for design services. Our professional design staff maintains the highest standards and creatively adheres to the college's marketing brand. Departments are requested to schedule design services well in advance of the due date as staff is limited. Two or more months lead time is appreciated, if possible.
Printing Services
We offer in-house printing at a very low cost to college departments. A two-color offset press is available for large runs of 500 to thousands, as well as a new full-color laser printer for smaller runs. For print jobs requiring out-sourcing, we gather bids and manage your project to maintain the college's high standards of quality.

Awards
Information and Marketing Services received 16 publications awards between 2001 and 2007. The awards were presented by the National Council for Marketing and Public Relations, the nation's only professional organization for community college marketing and public relations. WNC competed against colleges in Nevada, California, Arizona, Utah, Hawaii, and the Pacific Islands. Judges included professionals in the fields of journalism, marketing and public relations throughout the Southwest. Also on the national level, the department has won three awards between 2001 and 2007.
