Call Counseling Services at 775-445-3267 (Carson) 775-782-2413 (Douglas) or 775-423-7565 (Fallon) to sign-up for an orientation session and enter the drawing for prizes! What is a new student orientation? This is a chance for you to meet counselors, instructors, and current students, as well as other students who are just beginning at WNCC. Who should attend? All first-time degree and certificate seeking students and parents are strongly encouraged to attend. How will this help me? You will meet current students who will share their "first semester stories" and let you know what they wish they had known then. You can ask questions about degrees and certificate programs. You'll receive tips on being successful in college. You'll meet other students who are starting out just like you and get a tour of the campus. What you learn in orientation will make your life much easier while you're at WNCC. And you may leave with a cozy WNCC sweatshirt or other prize from our drawing! When are the orientations?
