College Goal Sunday

Find Out How to Finance College at WNCC

All three Western Nevada Community College campuses will take part in College Goal Sunday on January 28 from 2-4 p.m. College Goal Sunday is a free statewide program designed to help students apply for financial aid and plan for an affordable college education.

At the moderated sessions, financial aid professionals will help college-bound students and parents complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid, which is required by nationwide for students seeking financial aid, including grants, loans and scholarships and other financial awards.

Organizers suggest students and their parents visit www.cgs.nevada.edu for basic information about the event and specific locations for each program. Parents of students who are age 24 years or younger should attend and bring both the student and parent income information.
