The Western Wildcats women’s soccer team will offer a soccer camp Monday-Wednesday, July 23-25, to help young players prepare for the upcoming season. Head Coach Hillary Arthur, the 2006 Region XVIII Coach of the Year, Assistant Coach Ashley Plummer and Wildcats players will be on hand to teach boys and girls ages 6-17 from 1:30-4 p.m. at the Edmonds Sports Complex.
“We’re excited to further our commitment to Carson City and continue to build a partnership with the community,” said Arthur. “Campers will improve their soccer skills and learn new techniques. They will also get to meet and learn from some of the members of our 2007 team.”
All campers will receive a Wildcats Soccer T-shirt. Participants must bring a ball, water, a snack, cleats, shin guards, and plenty of sun block. The cost is $100 for ages 6-10 and $125 for ages 11-17.
