Internet Class Offers Spanish Assistance

A basic Internet class will be offered in English, with Spanish translation available, on Saturdays, July 11 and 18, 1-5 p.m. at Western Nevada Carson City. Cost of the half-credit class is $37.13.

There will be bilingual assistance in signing up for the class on Thursday, June 25, at 5 p.m. in the college's student services area at the south end of the Bristlecone Building. Students may also register by opening the www.wnc.edu web site and clicking on Web-REG under "Academics."

CA 144B: Basic Internet, C01, call number 23433, introduces students to the internet, and finding web sites, online research, multimedia information and using e-mail. The instructor is Kristin Friberg.

Class will meet in Cedar Building 331D on campus, 2201 West College Parkway.
