WNC Offers Hands-On QuickBooks Class

Learn the basics of setting up and using QuickBooks 2009 software program. Western Nevada College will offer "Hands-On QuickBooks" (Call # 31203, CMSV 094C C04) Tuesdays and Thursdays, Dec. 1-10, 6-7:30 p.m. on the Carson City campus. Cost is $67.

The non-credit Community Education class will cover how to track sales, expenses and customers. Students will learn how to create invoices, pay bills and organize finances in preparation for tax time. Instructor Lee Akin is a certified public accountant with Bullis and Company in Carson City.
