| Policy: | The classified staff at Western Nevada Community College (WNCC) is governed in accordance with policies and regulations established by the Chapter 284 of the Nevada Administrative Code (NAC), rules for Personnel Administration. The Board of Regents and WNCC may establish supplemental policies from time to time. |

Section 1. Access to NAC A. Access to NAC is available as follows:

a. State Personnel at dop.nv.gov b. WNCC website, Human Resources section, click on Policies, and then clicking on NAC.
2. Hard copies are available for review in the Human Resources Office, Library Services at Carson and Fallon. |
