"Lifted @ Sedway Café" on the Carson City campus, Aspen Building, offers a fresh and healthy alternative to the dining norm, for students, faculty and staff. We know that you have a very busy life, but encourage you to take the time to nourish your body with our delicious variety of foods.
Lifted features high quality ingredients - we proudly serve organic mixed greens in our salads and antibiotic/hormone-free beef. Our food is made from scratch and does not contain hydrogenated oils. We also offer wheat-free and dairy-free items and are happy to meet your special dietary needs.
All items are available to eat in or take out. For those on the go, we happily take call-in orders so you can pick up your food and get on with your day.
