Lifted at the Sedway Cafe provides a comfortable place to eat and work.

"Lifted @ Sedway Café" on the Carson City campus, Aspen Building, offers a fresh and healthy alternative to the dining norm, for students, faculty, staff, and the general public. We know that you have a very busy life, but encourage you to take the time to nourish your body with our delicious variety of foods.

Lifted features only high quality ingredients - we proudly serve organic options whenever available including organic mixed greens in our salads and antibiotic/hormone-free beef. Our delicious food is all made from scratch and does not contain any hydrogenated oils or high-fructose corn syrup. We also offer wheat-free and dairy-free items and are happy to meet your special dietary needs.

All items are available to eat in or take out. For those on the go, we happily take call-in orders so you can pick up your food and get on with your day. We also give back to the earth by composting all appropriate materials and utilizing local farmers whenever possible.
